Lets agents read raw lab-instrument files without vendor software: microscopy, mass spectrometry, chromatography, flow cytometry, NMR, electrophysiology, plate readers and qPCR. Returns metadata, images, spectra and traces as JSON, checks files for damage, and converts them to open formats (OME-TIFF, OME-Zarr, mzML, Parquet).
